New eLangdell® Press textbook on writing civil motions ready for classroom adoption

A guide for students in a clinical setting or any practice-oriented course in writing civil motions.  The handbook covers major motion types, offering practical instruction on what such motions are intended to accomplish, when to file them, and a wealth of information on not only the proper form of a written motion, but also how to present it most effectively.  The book includes an extensive set of exercises to reinforce a student’s mastery of motion practice.

Katrin Rowan and Nan L. Haynes wrote the Handbook, and both have extensive experience as practitioners and educators.  The Handbook comes with a Teacher’s manual, available to faculty.
